A full moon returns about every 29½ days. For much of human history, that return was something people noticed. It marked another cycle completed—a time to gather, reflect, celebrate, grieve, or begin again. The Moon still keeps that quiet rhythm above us. Perhaps each full moon is an invitation to pause for a moment and ask not where the month went, but who we’ve become since the last time its light filled the sky.
