Some ecosystems become healthier through relationship. Movement, circulation, and participation can bring life back to the land. 🌱

Some people heal a culture quietly. Not through influence. Not through status. Just by making spaces where different kinds of minds can exist together again. 🙏🏼

i’ll never forget sitting on the floor making a mandala with women who were completely unafraid of their imperfections. i think something in me shifted there. 🪞

Eventually every perfected version of yourself starts feeling like a room you can’t leave. 🥸

my body was in my room. my attention was everywhere else 😵‍💫

some worlds only existed because a child quietly built them. ✨

there are feelings inside you that language hasn’t discovered yet. 🪞🌈

And somewhere in the middle of caring for living things, I slowly became one again too.. 🥹🌱

imagine if we built a world around human flourishing instead of human performance 🌱

sometimes i wonder which version of me they actually applauded 🤷🏼‍♀️

A braided river survives because it adapts 🪞

the forest didn’t interpret the fire as failure… 🌱

no one leading, but somehow they all kno where to go ♾️

Rest comes before reinvention. 🪽

life already knows how to move together in harmony 🪽💫

the unknown used to make me nauseous. like dancing around a black hole. now i know that’s where life begins. 🌱🫶🏻
