Every morning across Bali, millions of flowers are gathered, arranged, and placed by hand.
The offerings are made as acts of gratitude, devotion, and care.
But once they are placed, they become part of the living world around them.
Ants carry away grains of rice. Petals feed the soil. Incense drifts into the air. The offerings slowly become part of the place they were created to honor.
There is something beautiful about a daily practice that leaves the world a little more colorful than it found it.
Not forever.
