Field Notes
Many of the boundaries that shape our lives are inherited rather than examined.
A belief.
A rule.
An expectation.
A story about who we are or what is possible.
After enough repetition, the path begins to feel inevitable.
But habits are not walls.
Sometimes freedom arrives not when the gate opens, but when someone notices it has been open the entire time.
The hardest cages to leave are often the ones that no longer exist.
