We outgrow the cafeteria. We don’t always outgrow the clique.
Field Notes
Every social circle develops its own version of normal. The clothes. The conversations. The places everyone goes. The things everyone quietly admires. Spend enough time inside any group, and it becomes harder to imagine another way of living. Sometimes the most important thing we can do is step outside our own bubble—not because it’s wrong, but because it’s only one small corner of a much larger world.
