Lately, I have felt older than I am—not from weariness, but from the number of lives I can already feel inside me. Beliefs I once lived by, people I loved, places I left, versions of myself I thought would last forever: none of them disappeared completely. They became texture.
Perhaps aging is the slow creation of a living archive. We carry every world that changed us, and every moment we were willing to change with it.
