What if we supported the talents of those with a remarkable tendency to modify their surroundings.
Rather than selecting environments that perfectly matched their needs, they appeared to reshape available environments until those needs could be met.
Books appeared in caves. Art appeared on stone walls. Gathering spaces emerged in unlikely locations.
Observation suggests that “home” may not describe a physical location but a process through which humans convert unfamiliar territory into something emotionally navigable.
